Zack Maingi is a Senior Partner at ZMS Advocates, where he advises clients on complex commercial, personal, institutional, regulatory, and strategic legal matters.
He oversees the firm's Real Estate, Banking and Finance, and Private Clients portfolios, bringing practical judgement, discretion, and commercial clarity to matters requiring careful structuring, negotiation, risk management, and high-value decision-making.
Zack has experience in corporate and commercial transactions, with a focus on banking, construction, asset finance, equipment leasing, employment, and intellectual property matters. He is trusted by clients for his clear advice, measured approach, and ability to guide sensitive mandates with confidence and commercial awareness.
He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
